The present invention relates to a pre-swirl stator, which applies a dual structure of an outer plate and a filter filling structure in a connection part to reduce defect and fatigue failure by an unspecified load concentrated on a connection portion of a blade (casting tip), and reduce vibrational characteristics so as to realize stable energy saving effect. Moreover, a hollow part is formed and is filled with a filler, thereby providing an effect of minimizing load. Moreover, heat is generated as the filler filled in the hollow part is cured, thereby providing an effect of reducing stress concentration on a welding portion. Moreover, the outer plate and the filler are installed in the connection part, thereby providing effects of increasing the strength of the connection part and reducing vibrational characteristics thereof while minimizing effects on precision management and additional welding. According to the present invention, the pre-swirl stator comprises a stern boss casting, a connection part outer plate, a connection part inner part, a wing-shaped blade, and the filler.

    본 발명은 전류고정날개에 관한 것으로, 연결부 내 외판의 이중 구조 및 충진재 충전구조를 채택함으로써, 블레이드(casting tip)의 연결부분에 집중되는 불특정 하중에 의한 결함 및 피로파괴 현상을 보완하고 진동특성을 줄여 안정적인 에너지 절감효과를 구현할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 중공 부를 형성하고, 그 중공 부 안에 충진재를 충진함으로써, 하중을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 중공 부에 충진된 충진재가 경화하면서 열을 발생함으로써, 용접부위의 응력집중을 완화시키는 효과가 있다. 또한, 연결부 내 외판 및 충진재의 시공으로 인해서 정도 관리나 추가용접의 영향은 최소화하면서, 연결부분의 강도 증가 및 진동특성 감소 효과가 있다.
