Disclosed is a mechanical roll stiffness variable step-bar structure. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mechanical roll stiffness variable step-bar structure, installed through a mounting bush of a vehicle body subframe. The structure comprises: a hollow step-bar coupled to a mounting bush; a center rod inserted into the hollow step-bar; and a step-bar arm coupled to both ends of the hollow step-bar. Moreover, a first coupling unit formed at both ends of the hollow step-bar and on one side of the step-bar arm can be spline-coupled.
