The present invention relates to a method for controlling stability of a vehicle using active roll stabilization (ARS), which comprises the following steps of: recognizing breakdown of rear wheel steering (RWS) of a vehicle and a steering angle; and calculating roll moment for compensating for yaw movement and a roll distribution ratio in accordance with the phase of a current rear wheel compared with the phase of a front wheel when the RWS is recognized as broken by the step of recognizing breakdown of RWS and a steering angle. Therefore, when RWS of a vehicle is broken, the vehicle can be stably controlled.
본 발명은 차량의 후륜 조향 장치(RWS) 고장 여부 및 조향각을 인지하는 단계, 상기 후륜 조향 장치 고장 여부 및 조향각을 인지하는 단계에 의해 RWS의 고장이 인지되면, 현재 후륜의 전륜 대비 위상에 따라 요 거동 보상용 롤 모멘트 및 롤 분배비를 산출하는 단계를 포함하는 ARS를 이용한 차량의 안정화 제어 방법으로서, 본 발명에 의하면, 차량의 RWS 고장 발생시 차량을 안정적으로 제어할 수 있게 한다.
