The present invention relates to a safety facility system for a railway line side operator of a general railway line using an automatic closing device. The safety facility system comprises: a ground safety facility for generating an alarm transmission message containing information on occurrence or stop of an alarm by receiving closing section occupation information regarding whether a train for a corresponding closing section is occupied from a closing control device installed in each closing section of a general railway section; and a portable safety facility for outputting an alarm by determining whether an alarm is generated or stopped when an alarm transmission message is received from the ground safety facility, while being carried by a railway side operator. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent accidents of an operator by transmitting train access information in which an operator working on a railroad side approaches a work section by utilizing information of a closing device installed in each of closing sections on a general railway line.

    본 발명은 자동폐색장치를 활용한 일반철도 노선의 철도선로변 작업자 안전설비 시스템에 관한 것으로; 일반철도 구간의 폐색구간별로 설치되는 폐색제어장치로부터 해당 폐색구간에 대한 열차의 점유 여부에 관한 폐색구간 점유정보를 수신하여 경보의 발생 또는 중지에 관한 정보를 담고 있는 경보 전송메시지를 생성하는 지상용 안전설비와, 철도선로변 작업자가 휴대하되 상기 지상용 안전설비로부터 경보 전송메시지가 수신되면 경고 발생 또는 중지 여부를 판단하여 경보를 출력하는 휴대용 안전설비로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 일반 철도 노선에서 폐색구간별로 하나씩 설치되어 있는 폐색장치의 정보를 활용해서 선로변에서 작업하고 있는 작업자를 작업구간으로 접근하는 열차접근 정보를 전송함으로써 선로변 작업자의 사상사고를 예방할 수 있다.
