The present invention relates to a recovery braking operation controlling apparatus of a vehicle and, more specifically, to a recovery braking operation controlling apparatus of a vehicle and a method thereof which can control a recovery braking operation preferentially during a cooperative control of recovery brake and hydraulic brake. To this end, the recovery braking operation controlling apparatus of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a driving motor which is a power source; a battery which provides a driving voltage of the driving motor; a data detector which detects the driving state data of a vehicle; and a vehicle controller which generates the total braking amount based on the driving state data, generates the available amount of recovery braking by using the available power of motor charging and the available power of battery charging, performs a recovery braking operation when the available amount of recovery braking exceeds the total braking amount, and prepares a hydraulic braking operation according to the recovery braking amount depending on the recovery braking and the available amount of recovery braking.

    본 발명은 차량의 회생제동 제어 장치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 회생제동과 유압제동의 협조 제어 시 회생제동을 우선적으로 제어할 수 있는 차량의 회생제동 제어 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량의 회생제동 제어 장치는 동력원인 구동모터; 상기 구동모터의 구동전압을 제공하는 배터리; 차량의 운전 상태 데이터를 검출하는 데이터 검출기; 및 상기 운전 상태 데이터를 기반으로 총 제동량을 생성하고, 모터 충전 가능 파워 및 배터리 충전 가능 파워를 이용하여 회생제동 가능량을 생성하며, 상기 회생제동 가능량이 상기 총 제동량을 초과하면 회생제동을 수행하고, 상기 회생제동 가능량 및 상기 회생제동에 따른 회생제동량에 따라 유압제동을 준비하는 차량 제어기를 포함한다.
