According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to an electrode, a non-aqueous electrolyte battery, a battery pack, and a vehicle, and more particularly, to an electrode capable of realizing a non-aqueous electrolyte battery exhibiting excellent lifetime performance even at high temperatures, a non-aqueous electrolyte battery exhibiting excellent lifetime performance even at high temperatures, a battery pack including the non-aqueous electrolyte battery, and a vehicle equipped with the non-aqueous electrolyte battery. According to an embodiment, an electrode is provided, wherein the electrode comprises a current collector and an electrode layer. The electrode layer is disposed on the current collector and includes lithium fluoride. The content of lithium fluoride with respect to the weight of the electrode layer is in a range of 0.02 wt% or more to less than 2 wt% in a thickness region from an interface between the electrode layer and the current collector up to 20% with respect to the thickness of the electrode layer in the electrode layer. In addition, the content of lithium fluoride is in a range of 2 wt% or more to less than 10 wt% in a thickness region from a rear surface of the electrode layer, with respect to the interface of the electrode layer and the current collector, up to 20% with respect to the thickness of the electrode layer in the electrode layer.

    본 발명의 실시 형태는, 전극, 비수전해질 전지, 전지 팩 및 차량에 관한 것이다. 고온에서도 우수한 수명 성능을 나타내는 비수전해질 전지를 실현할 수 있는 전극, 고온에서도 우수한 수명 성능을 나타내는 비수전해질 전지, 이 비수전해질 전지를 포함하는 전지 팩, 및 이 비수전해질 전지가 탑재된 차량을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 실시 형태에 의하면, 전극이 제공된다. 이 전극은, 집전체와 전극층을 포함한다. 전극층은, 집전체 상에 배치되어 있고, 불화리튬을 포함한다. 전극층의 중량에 대한 불화리튬의 함유량은, 전극층과 집전체와의 계면으로부터 전극층 내에의 전극층의 두께에 대하여 20%까지의 두께 영역에서는, 0.02중량% 이상 2중량% 미만의 범위이다. 또한, 불화리튬의 함유량은, 전극층과 집전체와의 계면에 대하여, 전극층의 이측에 있는 면으로부터 전극층 내에의 전극층의 두께에 대하여 20%까지의 두께 영역에서 2중량% 이상 10중량% 이하이다.
