The present invention relates to a catenary voltage control apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the catenary voltage control apparatus which comprises: a chopper circuit for receiving catenary voltage from a catenary, and outputting a chopper signal by comparing the catenary voltage with chopper reference voltage; a current sensor arranged between the catenary and the chopper circuit, and detecting a direction of current supplied to the chopper circuit or current output by the copper circuit; a switch for switching by receiving the chopper signal; and a resistance for selectively consuming according to an operation of the switch. By selectively controlling only an increase amount of the catenary voltage due to regenerative energy generated by a propulsion inverter so as to improve energy efficiency.
본 발명은 가선전압 제어장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 가선으로부터 가선전압을 공급받고 가선전압을 쵸퍼 기준전압과 비교하여 쵸퍼신호를 출력하는 쵸퍼회로, 가선과 쵸퍼회로 사이에 배치되고, 쵸퍼회로로 공급되는 전류 또는 쵸퍼회로에서 출력되는 전류의 방향을 검지하는 전류센서, 쵸퍼신호를 수신하여 스위칭 동작하는 스위치, 및 스위치의 동작에 따라 선별적으로 전원을 소비하는 저항을 포함하는, 가선전압 제어장치를 제공한다.
