According to the present invention, an unmanned aerial vehicle comprises: a body unit; a plurality of booms radially arranged about the body unit, and provided to extend in a longitudinal direction; a propeller provided in a dead end portion of the booms; and a drive unit provided to drive the propeller. The unmanned aerial vehicle is manufactured by a plastic material which is disassembled or broken at a crash. Moreover, provided is a method for manufacturing the plastic material broken at a crash of the unmanned aerial vehicle as stated above, which comprises the following steps of: preparing a plastic material; inputting the plastic material into a manufacturing device; heating the inputted plastic material at a temperature to deform the plastic material; compressing the plastic material heated at the predetermined temperature with a compression device; and changing the compressed plastic material to be in a structure in which the shape of each plastic material particle is changed to be entangled with each other.

    본 발명은 몸체부; 상기 몸체부를 중심으로 방사상으로 배치되며 길이방향으로 확장게 구비된 다수개의 붐; 상기 붐의 말단부에 구비된 프로펠러; 상기 프로펠러를 구동시키기 위해 구비된 구동부; 를 구비한 무인비행체는, 충돌 시 분해 또는 부서지는 플라스틱 소재로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무인 비행체를 제공한다. 또한, 상기에서 서술한 무인비행체의 플라스틱 소재는, 플라스틱 원료를 준비하는 단계; 상기 플라스틱 원료를 가공장치에 투입하는 단계; 상기 투입된 상기 플라스틱 원료가 형태를 변형 할 수 있는 정도의 온도로 가열하는 단계; 상기 일정 온도로 가열된 플라스틱을 압착장치를 이용하여 압착하는 단계; 상기 압착된 플라스틱은 각각의 플라스틱 원료 입자가 형태가 바뀌어 서로 얽혀있는 구조로 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌 시 분해되는 플라스틱 소재를 가공하는 방법을 제공한다.
