Disclosed is an unmanned aerial vehicle frame, comprising: a fuselage bearing plate (10), the fuselage bearing plate (10) being used for mounting a first element and a second element; a transfer chamber (20), the transfer chamber (20) being mounted on the fuselage bearing plate (10), the transfer chamber (20) being formed with a connecting cavity (211) having an open end, and a through hole being provided in the transfer chamber (20), with the through hole being in communication with the connecting cavity (211), wherein the first and second elements are located outside the transfer chamber (20), the through hole is used for connecting lines of the first and second elements to pass therethrough, and the connecting cavity (211) is used for receiving connection interfaces for the connecting lines of the first and second elements; and a transfer chamber cover (40), the transfer chamber cover (40) covering the open end of the transfer chamber (20) in a sealed manner. The unmanned aerial vehicle frame can solve the technical problem existing in the prior art that making an unmanned aerial vehicle be watertight and protecting same is highly difficult caused by an irrational design of the fuselage structure of the unmanned aerial vehicle. Further disclosed is an unmanned aerial vehicle having the unmanned aerial vehicle frame.
