The present invention relates to a frictional resistance reduction device for a ship and, more specifically, relates to a frictional resistance reduction device for a ship and a ship having the same, which can reduce frictional resistance of a hull by electrolyzing sea water to generate an air bubble in a ship bottom portion of a ship and form an air layer. According to the present invention, provided is the frictional resistance reduction device for a ship, which generates an air bubble at an external side of a ship bottom portion of the ship by electrolyzing sea water.

    본 발명은 선박의 마찰 저항 저감 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 해수를 전기 분해하여 선박의 선저부에 에어 버블을 발생시켜 공기층을 형성함으로써, 선체의 마찰 저항을 감소시키는 선박의 마찰 저항 저감 장치 및 이를 구비한 선박에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 선박의 마찰 저항 저감 장치는 해수를 전기 분해하여 상기 선박의 선저부 외측에 에어 버블을 발생시키는 선박의 마찰 저항 저감 장치를 제공한다.
