The present invention relates to a system for controlling a flow rate of cooling water enabling cooling water to provide a cooling function enough by enabling a constant supply of the cooling water being received with a flow meter and a flow rate controlling valve. The system for controlling the flow rate of the cooling water includes: a main pump (110) equipped with a transfer pipe (5) through which the cooling water flows received through a sea chest (1); a BRU (3) enabling cooling with the cooling water flowing through the transfer pipe; a discharge pipe (6) enabling a discharge of the cooling water gone through the BRU (3); the flow meter (130) including a supply pipe (9) branched from the transfer pipe (5) and connected to consuming places to supply the cooling water and equipped with the transfer pipe (5) to measure the flow rate of the cooling water flowing through the BRU (3) via the transfer pipe (5); the flow rate controlling valve (140) equipped next to the flow meter (130) formed in the transfer pipe (5) to control the flow rate of the cooling water according to a flow rate value of the cooling water measured by the flow meter (130); a control device (150) controlling the flow rate controlling valve (140) according to the flow rate value of the cooling water measured by the flow meter (130); and a flow transmitter (132) transmitting signals to enable the control device (150) to read the flow rate value measured by the flow meter (130).

    본 발명은 플로우 미터 및 유량조절밸브를 활용하여 유입되는 냉각수의 유량이 일정하게 공급되도록 함으로써 냉각기능을 충분히 발휘할 수 있도록 한 냉각수 유량제어 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 씨체스트(1)를 통해 유입되는 냉각수가 이동하는 이동배관(5)상에 갖추어지는 메인 펌프(110)와; 상기 이동배관을 통과하는 냉각수에 의해 냉각이 이루어지도록 하는 BRU(3)와; 상기 BRU(3)를 거친 냉각수가 배출되도록 하는 배출배관(6)과; 상기 이동배관(5)상에 다른 소비처로 냉각수가 공급되도록 분기되어 연결되는 공급배관(8)을 포함하고, 상기 이동배관(5)의 내부를 흘러 BRU(3)를 통과하는 냉각수의 유량을 측정하도록 이동배관(5)상에 갖추어지는 플로우 미터(130)와; 상기 플로우 미터(130)로부터 측정된 냉각수의 유량값에 따라 유량을 조절하도록 이동배관(5)상의 플로우 미터(130) 다음 위치에 구비되는 유량조절밸브(140)와; 상기 플로우 미터(130)로부터 측정된 냉각수의 유량값에 따라 유량조절밸브(140)를 제어하도록 하는 제어장치(150)와; 상기 플로우 미터(130)로부터 측정된 유량값을 제어장치(150)에서 판독하도록 신호를 전송하는 플로우 트랜스미터(132)를 포함하는 것이다.
