The present invention relates to a fuel tank system. Specifically, the fuel tank system comprises: a fuel tank; a partition wall installed outside the fuel tank; and a space unit formed between the fuel tank and the partition wall. A sealant is inserted into the space unit. A sensor is installed on the fuel tank or the partition wall. Whether the fuel tank or the partition wall has a crack is determined in accordance with a sensing value of the sensor to inject the sealant into the space unit. Also, the present invention relates to a leakage detection method of a fuel tank system. Specifically, the leakage detection method of a fuel tank system comprises: a determination step of determining whether an emergency situation occurs; a measurement step of measuring a fuel tank system by a sensor if an emergency situation does not occur; a comparison step of comparing a change rate of two or more sensing values measured by the sensor and a setting value; and an insertion step of inserting a sealant if the change rate of the sensing values is larger than the setting value.

    본 발명은 연료 탱크 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 연료 탱크와, 상기 연료 탱크의 외측에 설치되는 칸막이벽과, 상기 연료 탱크와 상기 칸막이벽 사이에 형성된 공간부를 포함하며, 상기 공간부에는 봉합제가 투입되고, 상기 연료 탱크 또는 상기 칸막이벽에는 센서가 설치되며, 상기 센서의 센싱값에 따라 상기 연료 탱크 또는 상기 칸막이벽의 크랙 여부를 판단하여 상기 봉합제를 상기 공간부에 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크 시스템에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 연료 탱크 시스템의 누수 검출 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 긴급 상황 여부를 판단하는 판단단계와, 긴급 상황이 아닌 경우, 센서로 연료 탱크 시스템을 측정하는 측정단계와, 상기 센서에 의해 측정된 적어도 2개 이상의 센싱값의 변화율과 설정값을 비교하는 비교단계와, 상기 센싱값의 변화율이 설정값보다 크면 봉합제를 투입하는 투입단계를 포함하는 연료 탱크 시스템의 누수 검출 방법에 관한 것이다.
