차량용 램프(1)의 케이스 내(8)의 수증기를 당해 케이스(2)의 외부에 배출시키기 위한 통기 장치(10, 30, 50, 70)로서, 상기 케이스의 통기 개구(9)에 연통하여 굴곡한 통기 경로를 형성함과 아울러, 당해 통기 경로가, 경과 시간 5분에 흐림 감소율이 80% 이상을 유지 가능한 최소 단면적을 굴곡부를 포함하여 통기 경로의 최종단까지 유지함으로써, 굴곡부를 가지는 통기 경로를 이용하여 외부의 물질 및 액수의 침입을 억제하면서 케이스 내의 흐림갬성을 개선한다.
