According to the present invention, a capsule device for underwater emergency rescue includes: an upper body unit (110) which has a container shape with an open bottom, includes an accommodation space (111) to accommodate a rescuee inside, an upper injection hole (112) to inject air, and an upper discharge hole (113) to discharge the expiratory air of the rescuee; a lower body unit (120) which has a container shape with an open top and includes an accommodation space (121) to accommodate a rescuee inside and a discharge hole (122) to discharge water inside the accommodation space (121) to the outside, where the open top is formed in a shape corresponding to the bottom of the upper body unit (110) and is combined with the bottom of the upper body unit (110) for each accommodation space (111, 121) to be connected; a fixing unit (130) which is placed at the combination position of the upper body unit (110) and the lower body unit (120) and fixes the combination state of the upper body unit (110) and the lower body unit (120) to seal each accommodation space (111, 121); and a water discharge pump (140) which is placed inside the lower body unit (120) and discharges water inside each accommodation space (111, 121) through the discharge hole (122).

    본 발명에 따르면, 하부가 개구된 용기 형상으로 형성되어 내부에는 요구조자를 수용하기 위한 수용공간(111)이 마련되며, 공기가 주입되는 상부주입구(112)와, 요구조자가 호흡한 호기가 배출되는 상부배출구(113)가 각각 형성된 상부몸체부(110); 상부가 개구된 용기형상으로 형성되어 내부에는 요구조자를 수용하기 위한 수용공간(121)이 마련되고, 상기 수용공간(121) 내부의 물을 외부로 배출하는 배수구(122)가 형성되며, 개구된 상부는 상기 상부몸체부(110)의 하부와 대응되는 형상으로 형성되어 각 수용공간(111,121)이 연통되도록 상기 상부몸체부(110)의 하단에 탈착가능하게 체결되는 하부몸체부(120); 상기 상부몸체부(110)와 하부몸체부(120)의 체결부위에 배치되어 각 수용공간(111,121)이 기밀되도록 상부몸체부(110)와 하부몸체부(120)의 체결된 상태를 고정시키는 고정부(130); 및 상기 하부몸체부(120)의 내부에 배치되어 상기 배수구(122)를 통해 수용공간(111,121) 내부의 물을 배출하는 배수펌프(140);를 포함하는 수중 응급구조용 캡슐장치를 개시한다.
