The present invention relates to a modified conjugated diene polymer represented by chemical formula 2 and having high rolling resistance, tensile strength, wear resistance and wet road surface resistance, and a method for preparing the same. In chemical formula 2, R_2 is represented by formula R_2 or is a C1-C50 alkyl group; each of P_n and P_m represents a polymer essentially comprising a conjugated diene monomer and a conjugated aromatic monomer, having a number average molecular weight of 1,000-10,000,000 g/mol, and including an acrylic, amine, ether or thioether monomer, wherein P_n and P_m are the same or different; a is 1-3; b is 0-3; n is 1-20; and m is 0-20.

    본 발명은 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 변성 공역디엔계 중합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. [화학식 2]상기 식에서 R는또는 탄소수 1~50의 알킬기이며, Pn 및 Pm은 공역디엔계 단량체와 공역방향족 단량체를 주성분으로 하는 수평균분자량 1,000~10,000,000 g/mol의 고분자로서 아크릴계, 아민계, 에테르계 또는 티오에테르계 단량체를 포함할 수 있으며, Pn과 Pm은 서로 같거나 다를 수 있으며, a는 1~3이고, b는 0~3이며, n은 1~20이며, m은 0~20이다.
