Provided is a manufacturing method of a modified conjugated diene-based polymer which has a high modification rate and excellent processability. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a modified conjugated diene-based polymer; to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer manufactured thereby; to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer rubber composition comprising the modified conjugated diene-based polymer; and to a tire comprising the modified conjugated diene-based polymer. The manufacturing method of a modified conjugated diene-based polymer comprises steps of (a) polymerizing a vinyl aromatic monomer and a conjugated diene-based monomer by using an organic alkali metal compound in the presence of a hydrocarbon solvent, thereby forming an active polymer with an alkali metal end; and (b) coupling or bonding the active polymer with the alkali metal end to a compound represented by chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2. In chemical formula 1, R1, R2 and R3 are hydrocarbons having 1-20 carbon atoms, and A is an amine. In chemical formula 2, R1, R2 and R3 are hydrocarbons having 1-20 carbon atoms, and A is an amine.

    본 발명은 (a) 비닐 방향족 단량체 및 공액 디엔계 단량체를 탄화수소 용매 하에서 유기 알칼리 금속 화합물을 이용하여, 알칼리 금속 말단을 갖는 활성 중합체를 형성하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 알칼리 금속 말단을 갖는 활성 중합체를 하기 화학식 1 또는 하기 화학식 2의 화합물과 커플링 또는 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 변성 공액 디엔계 중합체의 제조방법, 이에 의하여 제조된 변성 공액 디엔계 중합체, 이를 포함하는 변성 공액 디엔계 중합체 고무 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 타이어에 관한 것이다.
