The present invention relates to a constructing method of a flame retardant polyurethane flooring material, and more particularly, to a constructing method of a flame retardant polyurethane flooring material, enabling construction of the flame retardant polyurethane flooring material with only five steps which includes: a surface treatment process; a first primer application process; a non-combustible material stacking process; a second primer application process; and an application process of a ′flame retardant polyurethane flooring material composition′ which is previously registered (Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1454357) by the applicant of the present invention. The present invention relates to the constructing method of the flame retardant polyurethane flooring material, capable of reducing air and a weight. In addition, by using the ′flame retardant polyurethane flooring material composition′ which is previously registered by the applicant of the present invention as described above, supplying at low costs is possible, costs for repairing are also not consumed due to lack of a crack or a desorption phenomenon, slip resistance is shown even when exposed to a haze or sea water during a voyage, and particularly, flame retardancy is improved such that flame propagation ability, smokability, and toxicity satisfies a national defense standard (KDS 7220-4001).
본 발명은 폴리우레탄 난연 바닥재 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로는 표면 처리 공정, 제 1 프라이머 도포 공정, 불연소재 적층 공정, 제 2 프라이머 도포 공정 및, 본 발명의 출원인에 의해 선등록(대한민국 등록특허공보 제10-1454357호) 받은 '폴리우레탄 난연 바닥재 조성물' 도포 공정으로 이루어지는 5단계만으로 폴리우레탄 난연 바닥재를 시공할 수 있도록 함으로써, 공기 및 무게를 감소시킬 수 있도록 하며, 아울러, 상기와 같이 본 발명의 출원인에 의해 선등록 받은 '폴리우레탄 난연 바닥재 조성물'을 이용함에 따라, 저가로 공급 가능하고 갈라짐이나 탈착현상이 없어 보수비용 역시 소모되지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 항해 중 연무나 해수에 노출되더라도 내슬립성을 발현시킬 수 있고, 특히, 화염전파성, 발연성 및 유독성 등이 국방규격(KDS 7220-4001)을 만족시키는 등 그 난연성을 향상시킬 수 있는, 폴리우레탄 난연 바닥재 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
