The invention discloses a scratch-resistant flame-retardant thermoplastic polyurethane material and a preparation method and application thereof. The flame-retardant thermoplastic polyurethane material is prepared from the following raw materials: a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, a flame retardant, a carbon nanotube and/or graphene. The length of the carbon nanotube is 3-15 [mu] m, and the diameter of the carbon nanotube is 50-100 nm; the length of the graphene is 5-15 [mu] m, and the thickness is 1-3 [mu] m. The flame-retardant thermoplastic polyurethane material has excellent scratch resistance, effectively solves the scratch problem of the charging pile cable in actual use, and is not liable to generate scratch white marks; and the flame-retardant thermoplastic polyurethane material has high flame-retardant property and mechanical property, wherein the flame-retardant property can reach the flame-retardant grade UL94-V0.
本发明公开了一种耐刮擦的阻燃热塑性聚氨酯材料及其制备方法和应用,所述阻燃热塑性聚氨酯材料包括如下制备原料:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、阻燃剂、碳纳米管和/或石墨烯;所述碳纳米管的长度为3~15μm,直径为50~100nm;所述石墨烯的长度为5~15μm,厚度1~3μm。本发明的阻燃热塑性聚氨酯材料具有优异的耐刮擦性能,有效解决了充电桩线缆在实际使用中的刮擦问题,不容易出现刮擦白痕;且阻燃热塑性聚氨酯材料具有高阻燃性能和力学性能,其中阻燃性能可达到UL94‑V0阻燃等级。
