The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for inspecting a charging system of an electric vehicle, and more specifically, to an apparatus and method for inspecting whether a charging system of an electric vehicle operates normally on an electric vehicle assembly line, which inspect a communication system within the electric vehicle based on controller area network (CAN) communication, supply charging currents while gradually increasing the same, and inspect the charging system by monitoring subsequent charging parameter curves and waveforms. To this end, the apparatus for inspecting a charging system of an electric vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a vehicle model recognition unit configured to recognize a model of a vehicle disposed on an electric vehicle assembly line; a connection unit connected to a charging inlet of the electric vehicle; a communication unit configured to communicate with a battery management system (BMS) within the electric vehicle through the connection unit; a charging unit configured to supply charging currents to the BMS through the connection unit; and an inspection unit configured to perform inspection on the charging system of the electric vehicle, based on set data corresponding to the vehicle model recognized by the vehicle model recognition unit.

    본 발명은 전기차의 충전계통 검사 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 전기차 조립 라인에서 전기차의 충전계통이 정상적으로 동작하는지의 여부를 검사함에 있어서, CAN(Controller Area Network) 통신을 기반으로 전기차 내 통신계를 검사하고, 충전전류를 서서히 높이면서 공급하고 그에 따른 충전 파라미터 곡선과 파형을 모니터링 하여 충전계를 검사하는 전기차의 충전계통 검사 장치 및 그 방법을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 전기차의 충전계통 검사 장치에 있어서, 전기차 조립 라인에 위치한 차종을 인식하는 차종 인식부; 전기차의 충전구와 연결되는 연결부; 상기 연결부를 통해 전기차 내 BMS(Battery Management System)와 통신하는 통신부; 상기 연결부를 통해 상기 BMS로 충전전류를 공급하는 충전부; 및 상기 차종 인식부에 의해 인식된 차종에 상응하는 설정정보를 기반으로 전기차의 충전계통에 대한 검사를 수행하는 검사부를 포함한다.
