The present invention relates to a method for controlling an overloaded vehicle and, more specifically, to a method for controlling an overloaded vehicle, which can detect vehicle information including the speed, weight, specification, and the car model of a vehicle being driven on a road, overloading of the vehicle, and avoidance driving of the vehicle. In addition, the method processes through computation an output voltage outputted from a weight detection device detecting the weight of the vehicle to detect the weigh in each vehicle axle or the whole weight of the vehicle being driven on the road as well as comprehensive vehicle information including the speed, the specification, and the car model of the vehicle, overloading of the vehicle, and avoidance driving of the vehicle. The method for controlling an overloaded vehicle includes the following steps: (1) detecting a peak section where a change in the output voltage is generated; (2) calculating a peak average which is an average value of the peak section; and (3) calculating the weigh in each vehicle axle of the vehicle by multiplying the peak value by a weight conversion factor.
본 발명은 과적차량 단속방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 도로를 주행하는 차량의 속도, 하중, 제원 및 차종을 포함하는 차량정보와 과적 여부 및 회피 주행 여부를 검출할 수 있는 과적차량 단속방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 차량의 하중을 감지하는 하중 감지장치에서 출력된 출력전압을 연산처리하여, 도로를 주행하는 차량의 각 차축별 하중 및 전체 하중 뿐만 아니라 상기 차량의 속도, 제원 및 차종을 포함하는 포괄적인 차량정보와 과적 여부 및 회피 주행 여부를 검출할 수 있다.
