The present invention relates to a system and a method for measuring a vehicle weight for overload control. The system of the present invention comprises: a response signal receiving unit for receiving a first response signal corresponding to an axial load of a vehicle to be measured from an axial weight sensor when the vehicle to be measured passes through the axial weight sensor installed in an overload control section; a filter unit for filtering signal noise and vibration noise of the received first response signal to generate the same as a second response signal; a weight conversion unit for calculating a plurality of weight conversion values from the second response signal by separately converting the second response signal into the weight using at least two weight conversion algorithms; and a determination unit for selecting the weight conversion algorithms which coincide with a pre-learned boundary condition among the weight conversion algorithms of the weight conversion unit, and determining the weight conversion value of the selected weight conversion algorithms as the axial load of the vehicle to be measured. According to the present invention, even when vibration is generated by the vehicle to be measured or the vehicle to be measured is evadingly driven or driven in various forms, such as acceleration, deceleration, etc., a measurement error can be minimized and the measurement accuracy for the axial load of the vehicle to be measured can be improved.

    본 발명은 과적 단속을 위한 차량 중량 측정 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 과적 단속 구간에 설치된 축중센서를 측정대상 차량이 통과하면, 축중센서로부터 측정대상 차량의 축하중에 대응하는 제 1응답신호를 수신하는 응답신호 수신부와, 상기 수신된 제 1응답신호의 신호 노이즈 및 진동 노이즈를 필터링하여 제 2응답신호로서 생성하는 필터부와, 적어도 2개의 중량환산 알고리즘을 이용하여 제 2응답신호를 중량으로 각각 환산함으로써 제 2응답신호로부터 복수의 중량환산값을 계산하는 중량환산부와, 중량환산부의 중량환산 알고리즘들 중에서 사전에 학습된 경계조건에 부합하는 중량환산 알고리즘을 선택하고, 선택된 중량환산 알고리즘의 중량환산값을 측정대상 차량의 축하중으로 판정하는 판정부를 구비함으로써, 측정대상 차량에 의한 진동이 발생하거나 측정대상 차량이 회피주행이나 가속, 감속 등의 다양한 형태로 주행하더라도, 측정 오차를 최소화할 수 있고, 측정대상 차량의 축하중에 대한 측정 정확도는 향상시킬 수 있다.
