The present invention relates to an engine pulley structure of a hybrid vehicle and a control method thereof. The engine pulley structure of a hybrid vehicle comprises a disc hub part (101), a pulley part (102) and a field core part (103). The disc hub part (101) transfers and blocks power of an engine (10) of a hybrid vehicle including a hybrid starter generator (HSG) and an idle starter generator (ISG). The pulley part (102) is interlocked with the disc hub part (101) and is connected to a pulley of the engine (10) through a belt. The field coil part (103) is interlocked with the pulley part (102) to generate a magnetic field. In a section, in which the HSG and the ISG are operated, the engine and the belt of the hybrid vehicle are coupled to transfer power. Meanwhile, in a section where operations of the HSG and the ISG are unnecessary, the coupling to the engine is released, thereby minimizing power consumed during a drive and reducing engine load. Thus, fuel efficiency is improved, thereby increasing productivity.

    본 발명은 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 풀리 구조 및 제어 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 HSG(Hybrid Starter Generator)와 ISG(Idle Starter Generator)가 구비된 하이브리드 차량용 엔진(10)의 동력을 전달 또는 차단하는 디스크허브부(101)와; 상기 디스크허브부(101)와 연동되며, 상기 엔진(10)의 풀리에 벨트로 연결되는 풀리부(102)와; 상기 풀리부(102)와 연동되어 자기장을 발생시키는 필드코일부(103)로 구성되어, 하이브리드 차량에서 HSG와 ISG가 동작하는 구간에서는 엔진과 벨트가 체결되어 동력을 전달하고, HSG와 ISG 동작이 불필요한 구간에서는 엔진과의 체결을 해제하여 운행 간 소비되는 전력을 최소화하는 동시에 엔진 부하를 저감시킴으로써 연비를 향상시켜 상품성을 증대시키는데 효과가 있도록 하는 것이다.
