The present invention relates to a steering device for a low-floor articulated vehicle and a low-floor articulated vehicle using the same. The steering device for a low-floor articulated vehicle reduces an attack angle, which is an angle between the wheelset of a bogie and a track generated in a curve section when a railway vehicle is driven, by connecting a link device to a towing chassis having the bogie and a joint part of a towed chassis, which does not have a bogie, thereby improving the curve passing performance of the vehicle. Moreover, the present invention improves the riding comfort of the vehicle by minimizing the horizontal vibration generated when the railway vehicle is driven in a linear section through the wheelset.
본 발명은 대차를 구비하는 견인차체와 대차가 없는 피견인차체 관절부에 링크장치를 연결하여, 철도차량 운행시 곡선구간에서 발생하는 대차 윤축과 궤도 간의 각도인 공격각(attack angle)을 감소시킴으로써 차량의 곡선 통과성능을 향상시키고 직선 주행 시 발생하는 차체 횡방향 진동을 윤축에 최소화함으로써 차량의 승차감을 향상시킬 수 있는 저상 관절 차량용 조향장치 및 이를 이용한 저상 관절 차량에 관한 것이다.
