The present invention relates to an eco-friendly tire compound composition using blast furnace slag which is an industrial byproduct. More specifically, the present invention relates to a tire compound composition containing 10-50 parts by weight of blast furnace slag with respect to 100 parts by weight of raw rubber. According to the present invention, the tire compound composition using blast furnace slag can increase mechanical properties such as flame retardancy and tensile strength, and recycling of the blast furnace slag produced as the industrial byproduct is possible, thereby being eco-friendly and reducing production costs.

    본 발명은 산업부산물인 고로 슬래그를 이용한 환경친화적인 타이어 컴파운드 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 원료고무 100 중량부에 대하여 고로 슬래그 10 내지 50 중량부를 포함하는 타이어 컴파운드 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고로 슬래그를 이용한 타이어 컴파운드 조성물은 난연성, 인장 강도 등의 기계적 물성을 향상시킴과 동시에 산업 부산물인 고로 슬래그를 재활용함으로써 친환경적이고 제조 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
