The present invention relates to a fastening structure between parts having a boss using a chemical foaming agent containing water. As a solid bond is formed between parts by forming a foam between parts to be fastened, the fastening structure of the present invention can prevent deterioration of quality such as movement or cracks between the parts. The fastening structure comprises: a first part having a boss formed to protrude from one side thereof; and a second part having a boss groove portion provided with a groove into which the boss of the first part is inserted.

    본 발명은 물이 포함된 화학발포제를 이용한 보스를 갖는 부품간 체결구조에 관한 것으로서 체결되는 부품들 사이에 발포체를 형성함으로써 부품들 사이에 견고한 결합이 형성되어 부품들 사이에 틈새가 발생하거나 유동이 발생하는 것과 같은 품질의 저하를 방지할 수 있다.
