The present invention relates to a method for fastening parts having a boss using a chemical foaming agent. As a solid bond is formed between parts by forming a foam between parts to be fastened, the fastening structure of the present invention can prevent deterioration of quality such as movement or cracks between the parts. The method comprises the following steps of: applying a resin solution to a boss of a first part; applying a prepolymer solution to a groove of a boss groove portion in a second part; and inserting the boss of the first part into the groove of the boss groove portion in the second part.

    본 발명은 화학발포제를 이용한 보스를 갖는 부품간 체결방법에 관한 것으로서 체결되는 부품들 사이에 발포체를 형성함으로써 부품들 사이에 견고한 결합이 형성되어 부품들 사이에 틈새가 발생하거나 유동이 발생하는 것과 같은 품질의 저하를 방지할 수 있다.
