The present invention relates to a hybrid crash box satisfying impact performance and, more specifically, provides a hybrid crash box satisfying impact performance, which is provided between a bumper beam and a vehicle body to absorb impact energy in case of a vehicle collision, wherein an EPP which is an impact absorbing material is embedded in an empty portion. According to the present invention, the EPP is filled in the inside of the crash box to be fixated by a long bolt, thereby more improving impact performance as an impact absorbing force by means of the EPP is added when there is deformation of the crash box in case of a collision.
본 발명은 충돌성능을 만족하는 하이브리드 크래쉬박스에 관한 것으로, 범퍼빔과 차체 사이에 구비되어 차량 충돌시 충돌에너지를 흡수하는 크래쉬박스로서, 상기 크래쉬박스의 비어 있는 내부에 충격흡수재인 EPP가 내장된 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌성능을 만족하는 하이브리드 크래쉬박스를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 크래쉬박스 내부에 EPP가 채워져 있고, 이를 장볼트로 고정시킴으로써 충돌시 크래쉬박스의 변형이 일어날 때 EPP에 의한 충격흡수력이 가미되기 때문에 충돌성능을 더욱 향상시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
