According to the present invention, a shock-absorbing wheel structure for a two-wheeled vehicle includes a plurality of shock-absorbing spoke parts (80) using a cylinder (82) and a piston (84), which radially extends from the outer circumference of a rim part (70) in a rotation direction at regular intervals to be arranged into two rows in zigzags in the lateral direction of the rim part (70) to be fixated. A grounding part (90) functioning as a spike or a tire is joined to the each tip of the pistons (84) to be replaced. Therefore, the shock-absorbing wheel structure for a two-wheeled vehicle guarantees a stable drive regardless of the conditions of paved and unpaved roads or extreme roads such as snowy roads, icy roads, mountain roads, and stairs; and improves ride comfort by effectively absorbing shock and vibration from roads.
