According to the present invention, a shock-absorbing wheel structure for a two-wheeled vehicle includes a plurality of shock-absorbing spoke parts (80) which are radially connected at regular intervals in a rotation direction between a ring-shaped first rim part (70) and a plurality of second rim parts (72) to be arranged into two rows in the lateral direction of the first rim part (70). Every two rim parts (72) among the shock-absorbing spoke parts (80) make up a single group to be fixated in order to allow the second rim parts (72) to be provided in a line in a rotation direction at regular intervals and to be alternately arranged into two rows in a lateral direction at the same time. A tire part (90) is separately fixated to the outer side of the second rim parts (72) to effectively absorb shock and vibration during the travelling on a paved road or an unpaved road using the shock-absorbing spoke parts (80). Two rows of the second rim parts (72) alternately arranged in zigzags in a lateral direction and the tire part (90) prevent the discontinuance of a rotating force, prevent passengers from feeling sick or getting hurt from a fall, and allow a stable drive.
