The present invention relates to a cargo tank hatch and, more specifically, relates to a cargo tank hatch in which a lever device can be detached or folded as necessary; is possible to rapidly and easily perform assembly work at a time of installing the cargo tank hatch; and is possible to improve efficiency in work, productivity, and stability. The cargo tank hatch comprises: an inner connection pipe coupled to a cargo tank deck; an outer pipe connected to a top-on deck; an inner coaming flange coupled to the inner connection pipe; an outer coaming flange connected to an outer connection pipe; a bellows inserted and installed between the inner and outer coaming flanges; a hatch cover installed in a manhole formed on an upper face of the inner coaming flange; a lever device installed in the hatch cover; and a lever hinge bracket to which the hatch cover is fixated to swing wherein the lever device is formed of a plurality of members, and is coupled to the hatch cover to be detached or swung. According to the cargo tank hatch, the lever device is formed of a fixated lever member and a drive lever member, and the drive lever member can be detached or folded as necessary; and is not necessary to disassemble or reassemble the lever device one by one during a course of inserting and assembling the outer connection pipe to the outside of the inner connection pipe, being possible of rapidly and easily performing an assembly work. Accordingly, the efficiency of construction work for a ship is improved, productivity is improved due to shortening of a work time, is possible of preventing visual defects caused by cutting and assembling of the lever device, and is possible of significantly reduce the dangers of accidents during work.
