The present invention relates to a high-strength, light-weight multilayered substrate for a vehicle interior material comprising a core material layer using a polyetherimide (PEI) foam sheet and a reinforcement layer formed from a natural fiber and a polypropylene (PP) resin on both sides. The present invention has advantages of forming eco-friendly material which is recyclable, excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance, intake sound insulation and thermal insulation, so it is advantageous when using a purpose for a vehicle interior material, especially, the ceiling purpose.
