According to the high-strength light-weight automobile interior trim panel and the manufacturing method thereof, the automobile interior trim panel comprises a hexagonal honeycomb paper core layer and glass fiber felt polyurethane composite layers connected to the upper surface and the lower surface of the hexagonal honeycomb paper core layer respectively, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps that firstly, the hexagonal honeycomb paper core plate is cut; (2) respectively paving a layer of glass fiber felt on the upper surface and the lower surface of the hexagonal honeycomb paper core layer; (3) uniformly spraying polyurethane to the glass fiber felt on the upper surface, and then uniformly spraying polyurethane to the glass fiber felt on the lower surface of the stacked material; and (4) integrally putting the material in the step (3) into a mold, closing the mold, pressing and hardening, heating the mold, keeping the temperature at 90-100 DEG C, keeping the pressure for 70-90 seconds, foaming and curing the upper side and the lower side of the hexagonal honeycomb paper core layer respectively to form a glass fiber felt polyurethane composite layer, and carrying out heat preservation for 2-3 hours. The glass fiber felt polyurethane composite layer is connected with the hexagonal honeycomb paper core layer to form an integral structure after being foamed and cured; and (5) opening the mold to take out the automotive interior panel.

    本发明高强度轻量化汽车内饰板材及其制造方法,汽车内饰板材包括六角蜂窝纸芯层和分别连接在六角蜂窝纸芯层上下表面的玻纤毡聚氨基甲酸酯复合层,制造方法包括以下步骤:(一)裁剪六角蜂窝纸芯板;(二)在六角蜂窝纸芯层上表面和下表面分别铺上一层玻纤毡;(三)先对上表面的玻纤毡均匀喷射聚氨基甲酸酯,再对堆叠材料下表面的玻纤毡均匀喷射聚氨基甲酸酯;(四)将步骤(三)材料整体放入模具中并合模压制硬化,对模具加热且温度保持在90~100℃,保压70~90秒,六角蜂窝纸芯层上下侧分别发泡熟化形成玻纤毡聚氨基甲酸酯复合层,且玻纤毡聚氨基甲酸酯复合层在发泡熟化后与六角蜂窝纸芯层连接形成整体结构;(五)开启模具取出汽车内饰板材。
