The present invention relates to a power shift transmission for a vehicle reducing a power loss and improving noise reduction and power efficiency. The present invention comprises: a driving shaft operated by receiving power from an engine of a vehicle; a first clutch provided to the driving shaft; a first and a second gear selectively receiving power by the first clutch; a third and a fourth gear and a fifth gear receiving the power through the first gear or the second gear; a sixth and a seventh and an eighth and a ninth gear provided on a second power transmission shaft; a main transmission synchronizer selectively connecting the sixth gear or the seventh gear; a tenth and an eleventh gear engaged with the eighth and the ninth gear; a transmission gear provided between the ninth gear and the eleventh gear; a forward-backward synchronizer selectively connecting the tenth gear or the eleventh gear; a twelfth and a thirteenth gear provided on a first output shaft; a second clutch selectively connected with the twelfth gear or the thirteenth gear; and a fourteenth and a fifteenth gear engaged with the twelfth gear and the thirteenth gear.
