The present invention discloses a method for controlling a cold start of a fuel cell vehicle providing improvement in a start performance in a cold state of the fuel cell vehicle. The present invention includes: a step of detecting a temperature of a fuel cell stack to determine whether or not the temperature is suitable for a cold start condition when a start-on request is detected; a step of outputting a PWM signal to drive a motor and executing a breaking control to generate an energy loss at the same time if it is suitable for the cold start condition; and a step of shortening the time of reaching an activation temperature by increasing the amount of the output current of the fuel cell stack through the driving of the motor and the braking control under the cold start condition.
본 발명은 연료전지 차량의 냉간 상태에서 시동성 향상을 제공하는 연료전지 차량의 냉시동 제어방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 시동 온 요구가 검출되면 연료전지스택의 온도를 검출하여 냉시동 조건인지 판단하는 과정; 냉시동 조건이면 PWM 신호를 출력하여 모터를 구동시키고, 동시에 제동 제어를 실행하여 에너지 손실을 발생시키는 과정; 냉시동 조건에서 모터의 구동과 제동 제어를 통해 연료전지스택의 출력 전류량을 증대시켜 활성화 온도의 도달 시간을 단축시키는 과정을 포함한다.
