The invention relates to a fuel cell vehicle and a low-temperature starting control method and system thereof, and belongs to the technical field of new energy vehicle control. When the whole vehicle recognizes that the environment temperature is low, the defroster is controlled to start working, the charging capacity of the power battery is judged in real time, and when the charging capacity of the power battery is larger than the minimum power of the fuel battery, the whole vehicle controls the defroster to be shut down; and meanwhile, after the whole vehicle control judges that the consumption of the whole vehicle is greater than the minimum power of the fuel cell, a startup instruction is sent to the fuel cell system, otherwise, a shutdown instruction is sent to the fuel cell system. On one hand, it is guaranteed that the fuel cell vehicle can operate normally when the environment temperature is low, and the operation scene of the fuel cell vehicle is greatly improved; on the other hand, when the charging capacity of the power battery is larger than the minimum power of the fuel battery, the defroster is controlled to be shut down, unnecessary energy waste caused by long-time work of the defroster is reduced, and energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced to a great extent.

    本发明涉及一种燃料电池车辆及其低温启动控制方法和系统,属于新能源车辆控制技术领域。本发明在整车识别到环境温度较低时,控制除霜器开启工作并实时判断动力电池的充电能力,当动力电池的充电能力大于燃料电池的最小功率后,整车控制除霜器关机,同时整车控制判断整车的消耗大于燃料电池的最小功率后给燃料电池系统发送开机指令,否则给燃料电池系统发送关机指令。本发明一方面保证了燃料电池车辆在环境温度较低时能够正常运行,大大提高了燃料电池车辆的运营场景;另一方面当动力电池的充电能力大于燃料电池的最小功率时控制除霜器关机,减少除霜器长时间工作造成能量不必要的浪费,很大程度上降低了整车的能耗。
