According to the present invention, a wide load distribution type lower arm comprises: a lower arm base (1) forming a base load distribution space by a recessed space forming surface (1-1) of the lower arm base (1) and of which a lower arm shape is molded by a press; and a lower arm bracket (10) forming a bracket load distribution space by a cup body (11) and closely attached to the lower arm base (1) to be coupled. Therefore, the base load distribution space and the bracket load distribution space prevent concentration due to distribution of the applied load to satisfy durability required in a suspension. More specifically, there are completely no requirements to increase a thickness of a cross-section or a section modulus to satisfy durability required for components of the suspension in order to realize all advantages of a press manufacturing method of a lower arm.

    본 발명의 광역 하중분산 타입 로어암이 로어암 베이스(1)의 함몰공간형성면(1-1)에 의한 베이스 하중분산공간을 형성하고, 로어암 형상이 프레스로 성형된 로어암 베이스(1)와; 컵 바디(11)에 의한 브래킷 하중분산공간을 형성하고, 로어암 베이스(1)에 밀착되어져 결합되는 로어암 브래킷(10)으로 구성됨으로써 베이스 하중분산공간과 브래킷 하중분산공간이 작용하는 하중의 분산으로 집중화를 막아 현가장치에서 요구하는 내구성이 충족되고, 특히 현가장치의 구성품으로서 요구되는 내구성 충족을 위한 단면 두께 증대나 단면 계수 증대가 전혀 요구되지 않음으로써 프레스 제조 방식 로어암의 장점이 모두 구현되는 특징을 갖는다.
