The present invention relates to a rigid indentation insulator and a suspension system. The suspension system of the present invention comprises an insulator (1) consisting of a rigid assembly (20). The rigid assembly (20) is provided with: a press-fitting assembly (10) having a top plate outer (13) surrounding a bush (15) formed by vulcanization on a top plate (11); and an insulator outer (21) in which a bump stopper cup (25) in which a bump stopper cup (27) is press-fitted while the top plate outer (13) is press-fitted is welded. Accordingly, the present invention contributes greatly to improvement of automobile noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) while providing strong durability with a press-fit structure which sustains a swaging effect and a rigid structure that blocks a joint.

    본 발명의 현가 시스템은 상판(11)에 가류 성형된 부시(15)를 감싸는 상판 아우터(13)가 구비된 압입 어셈블리(10), 상기 상판 아우터(13)가 압입 결합되면서 범프 스토퍼(27)를 압입한 범프 스토퍼 컵(25)이 용접되는 인슐레이터 아우터(21)가 구비된 강체 어셈블리(20)로 이루어진 인슐레이터(1)를 포함함으로써 스웨징 효과를 지속하는 압입구조와 이음을 차단하는 강체구조로 강건한 내구성을 가지면서 차량 NVH(Noise, Vibration, Harshness)개선에 크게 기여되는 특징이 있다.
