본 발명은 멀티포트 밸브 및 이를 구비한 전기자동차의 통합 열관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 하나의 입력 포트로부터 3개 이상의 출력 포트 중 어느 하나로 다중 동시 절환이 가능한 멀티포트 밸브를 제공하고 이를 전기자동차의 통합 열관리 시스템에 적용하여 전기자동차의 배터리나 전장품의 냉각을 주행 조건에 따라 적절하게 수행하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 수직한 중심축(O)을 가진 원통 형상의 내부 공간이 형성되되, 수평형 포트와 수직형 포트를 포함하는 몸체부(100)와; 수평 유로 공간(A1, B1, C1, D1)과, 내측 수직 유로 공간(A2, B2, C2, D2)과, 외측 수직 유로 공간(A3, B3, C3, D3)이 형성되는 부채꼴 형상의 단위체(AU, BU, CU, DU)가 방사상 등간격을 두고 일체로 형성되는 밸브체(210, 220)가 몸체부(100) 내에 상하 2단 이상 마련되어 회전에 따라 유로를 절환시키는 밸브부(200)와; 상부 내측 통공(301)과, 상부 외측 통공(302)이 형성되는 상부 플레이트(300)와; 중간 내측 통공(401)과, 중간 외측 통공(402)과, 중간 통공(403)이 형성되는 중간 플레이트(400)를 포함하여, 콤팩트한 멀티포트 밸브를 제공하여 밸브의 소형화를 꾀하는 동시에, 전기자동차의 배터리 및 전장품의 냉각은 물론 공기조화를 효과적으로 실시할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

    The present invention relates to a multi-port valve and an integrated heat management system for an electric vehicle having the same and, more particularly, to an apparatus, which provides a multi-port valve capable of performing multiple simultaneous switching from one input port to any one of three or more output ports and uses the same in an integrated heat management system for an electric vehicle, thereby appropriately cooling of the batteries and electrical components of the electric vehicle according to driving conditions. The multi-port valve comprises: a body (100) which has a cylindrical inner space with a vertical central axis (O), and includes horizontal ports and vertical ports; a valve (200) which has valve bodies (210, 220) which have fan-shaped units (AU, BU, CU, DU) having horizontal flow spaces (A1, B1, C1, D1), inner vertical flow spaces (A2, B2, C2, D2), and outer vertical flow spaces (A3, B3, C3, D3) and integral at radial equal intervals and are provided up and down in two or more stages within the body (100), and which switches flow paths according to rotation; an upper plate (300) which has an upper inner through hole (301) and an upper outer through hole (302); and an intermediate plate (400) which has an intermediate inner through hole (401), an intermediate outer through hole (402), and an intermediate through hole (403). Therefore, the present invention provides a compact multi-port valve, thereby making the valve compact and effectively performing air conditioning as well as cooling of the batteries and electrical components of the electric vehicle.
