According to the integrated valve element, at least two butt joint areas are arranged on the end face of a valve element body in the circumferential direction, and the butt joint areas are arranged in an annular array mode with the axis of the valve element body as the center; each butt joint area comprises a conduction area and a cut-off area which are arranged in the circumferential direction of the valve element body, the conduction areas are conducted in the axial direction of the valve element body, and the cut-off areas are cut off in the axial direction of the valve element body; wherein the conduction areas or the cut-off areas of at least two adjacent butt joint areas are arranged adjacently. The multi-way valve comprises a valve element body and a valve seat. The vehicle body thermal management system comprises the integrated multi-way valve. According to the valve element, through the arrangement layout of the conduction area and the cut-off area in the butt joint area, the valve element is provided with a structural foundation for achieving state alternate switching; the method is suitable for the integrated design of the multi-way valve; according to the integrated multi-way valve applied to the vehicle body heat management system, the number of valves and pipelines can be reduced, the weight is reduced, the occupied arrangement space is reduced, switching modes are more diversified, and more heat management working conditions are met.
