본 발명은 가교필름을 적용한 자동차용 스테빌라이저 바의 저마찰 부시에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 고무 부시의 외면에 베어링을 일체로 적용하여 브라켓과 상대 운동이 가능하도록 하고, 브라켓과 접촉이 발생하는 베어링의 표면에 저마찰 필름 및 윤활제층을 적용하므로서, 고무 부시의 회전방향의 마찰을 최소화하여 내마모성을 감소시킬 수 있으므로, 승차감에 안정성을 향상시키고 조종성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

    The present invention relates to a low-friction bush of a stabilizer bar for a vehicle using a cross-linked film. Specifically, the present invention enables relative motion with a bracket by integrally applying a bearing to the outer surface of a rubber bush, and reduces abrasion resistance by minimizing friction in the rotational direction of the rubber bush by applying a low friction film and a lubricant layer to a bearing surface where contact with the bracket occurs, thereby improving the stability of riding comport and improving maneuverability.
