본 발명은 카리프트본체에서 구동변환부에서 발생된 동력을 동력연결축을 통해 전달받게 설치된 와이어드럼과 와이어드럼에 조립가공되어에 결합된 드럼축으로 구성하여 와이어가 감압되는 와이어감압홈을 "JPEG112016125477197-pat00010.jpg812"의 형상으로 와이어드럼의 외측둘레에 다수개로 형성하여 와이어감압홈의 형상에 의한 쐐기력이 발생되어 감압되는 와이어들이 와이어감압홈들의 내부 안정적으로 안착되어서 와이어감압홈의 내측면에 와이어의 외측면이 긴밀하게 밀착되어 안정적으로 구동력을 전달되게하여 이 와이어와 연결된 케이지의 여하한 무게의 승강에도 미끄럼과 흔들림없이 구동되고, 드럼축의 양측에 드럼축베어링을 설치하여 드럼축의 회동력으로 보다 안정적으로 유도하여 드럼축과 결합된 와이어드럼도 또한 안정적으로 구동되도록한, 화물차량 리프트의 와이어드럼구조에 관한 것이다.

    The present invention relates to a wire drum structure for a freight vehicle lift including a wire drum installed to receive power generated by a drive converting part in a car lift main body through a power connecting shaft and a drum shaft assembled to and processed in the wire drum, in which multiple wire decompression grooves for wire decompression are formed on the outer periphery of the wire drum in an inverted U shape so that wires decompressed as a result of wedge force generation attributable to the shape of the wire decompression groove can be stably placed in the wire decompression grooves, the outside surface of the wire is in close contact with the inside surface of the wire decompression groove, and a drive force can be stably transmitted so that driving can be performed without slipping and shaking even in the event of any change in the weight of the cage connected to the wire. In addition, drum shaft bearings are installed on both sides of the drum shaft so that more stable guiding can be performed by means of the rotating force of the drum shaft and the wire drum coupled with the drum shaft can be stably driven as well.
