본 발명은 관형 지지물 내부 볼트 접합부 체결상태 모니터링 장치에 관한 것으로, 무인 비행 장치의 하부에 장착되어 관형 지지물 내부의 지면으로부터의 상기 무인 비행 장치까지의 고도를 측정하는 고도 측정부; 상기 무인 비행 장치의 비행경로를 따라 촬영하는 영상 수집부; 상기 무인 비행 장치의 비행 정보 및 주변 정보를 검출하는 센서부; 상기 무인 비행 장치의 모터를 구동하는 모터 구동부; 및 상기 모터 구동부를 통해 모터의 출력과 구동 방향을 제어하여, 상기 무인 비행 장치의 관형 지지물 내부에서의 충돌을 회피하며, 상기 비행경로를 따라 상기 관형 지지물 내부를 수직 비행 중 상기 영상 수집부를 통해 촬영된 관형 지지물 내부의 볼트 접합부 영상을 분석하여 체결상태를 점검하는 제어부;를 포함한다.

    The present invention relates to an apparatus for monitoring fastening of a bolted joint inside a tubular-type support, which may optimize maintenance of a bolted joint inside the tubular-type support, and a method thereof. The apparatus for monitoring fastening of a bolted joint inside a tubular-type support includes: an altitude measurement unit which is mounted at a lower part of an unmanned aerial vehicle to measure an altitude from the ground inside a tubular-type support to the unmanned aerial vehicle; an image collection unit which films along a flight route of the unmanned aerial vehicle; a sensor unit which detects surrounding information and flight information on the unmanned aerial vehicle; a motor driving unit which drives a motor of the unmanned aerial vehicle; and a control unit which controls output of the motor and a driving direction through the motor driving unit to avoid a collision of the unmanned aerial vehicle inside the tubular-type support and analyzes a bolted joint image inside the tubular-type support filmed by the image collection unit during vertical flight inside the tubular-type support along the flight route to inspect fastening of the bolted joint.
