본 발명의 선박 냉각시스템(1)에 적용된 냉각수 순환 펌프 운용 최적화 방법은 인버터 온도 임계값(Threshold) 보다 높은 인버터 온도에서 펌프 제어기(100)의 펌프 가변 듀티 출력(b)이 인버터 온도별로 다르게 적용하고, 듀티 차이로 냉각수 순환 펌프(10)를 구동하여 인버터(60)에 대한 냉각수 유량을 다르게 공급함으로써 냉각수 순환 펌프(10)의 구동을 세부 단계로 제어하여 펌프 전력 소모량을 최소화할 수 있고, 특히 펌프 구동의 세부 단계를 인버터 온도 기반으로 구분함으로써 냉각 성능 효과를 얻기 위한 펌프 가동시간도 최적화되는 특징이 구현된다.
A coolant circulation pump operation optimization method applied to a vessel cooling system (1), according to the present invention, is implemented, wherein a pump variable duty output (b) of a pump controller (100) is differently applied for each inverter temperature at an inverter temperature higher than an inverter temperature threshold, coolant is supplied to an inverter (60) with a different flow rate by driving a coolant circulation pump (10) with a duty difference, such that the operation of the coolant circulation pump (10) is controlled in detailed stages, thereby minimizing pump power consumption, and in particular, the detailed stages of pump operation are classified on the basis of inverter temperature, and thus, pump operation time for obtaining the effect of cooling performance is also optimized.
