To provide a cooling water circulation pump operation optimization method which is adopted to a marine vessel cooling system.SOLUTION: A cooling water circulation pump operation optimization method adopted to a marine vessel cooling system 1, differently adopts a pump variable duty output (b) of a pump control device 100 in each inverter temperature in the inverter temperature higher than an inverter temperature threshold value, and supplies a cooling water flow amount to an inverter 60 by driving the cooling water circulation pump 10 in a duty difference.EFFECT: Thus, the driving of the cooling water circulation pump 10 can be controlled in a detail step to miniaturize a pump power consumption amount, especially, a pump operation time for obtaining each cooling performance effect by dividing the detail step of a pump driving on the basis of the inverter temperature is optimized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】船舶冷却システムに適用される冷却水循環ポンプ運用最適化方法を提供する。【解決手段】船舶冷却システム1に適用する冷却水循環ポンプ運用最適化方法であって、インバータ温度しきい値(Threshold)より高いインバータ温度においてポンプ制御器100のポンプ可変デューティ出力(b)をインバータ温度別に異なって適用し、デューティ差で冷却水循環ポンプ10を駆動してインバータ60に対する冷却水流量を異なって供給する。【効果】これにより、冷却水循環ポンプ10の駆動を細部段階で制御してポンプ電力消耗量を最小化することができ、特に、ポンプ駆動の細部段階をインバータ温度に基づいて区分することにより冷各性能効果を得るためのポンプ稼動時間も最適化が実現される。【選択図】図2
