A parking control edge computing device according to the present invention comprises: a camera unit which performs capturing by viewing an area where a vehicle drives to enter or exit a control area, which is a part of a parking area of a parking lot; a lighting unit which outputs light of various colors; a memory unit which stores parking state information for the control area; and a control device. The control device is configured to: detect a vehicle from video information captured by the camera unit and perform image processing on the video information if a vehicle is detected to determine whether the vehicle is an incoming vehicle entering the control area; add, if the vehicle is the incoming vehicle, information about the incoming vehicle to the parking state information for the control area, increase the number of parked vehicles, save the same in the memory unit, check whether the number of parked vehicles is less than a predetermined number of vehicles at a fully occupied parking lot, and control the lighting unit to output light of different colors according to whether the number of parked vehicles is less than the number of vehicles at a fully occupied parking lot; perform image processing on the video information, if the vehicle is not the incoming vehicle, to determine whether the vehicle is an outgoing vehicle leaving the control area; add, if the vehicle is the outgoing vehicle, information about the outgoing vehicle to the parking state information for the control area, reduce the number of parked vehicles, save the same in the memory unit, check whether the number of parked vehicles is less than the predetermined number of vehicles at a fully occupied parking lot, and control the lighting unit to output light of different colors according to whether the number of parked vehicles is less than the number of vehicles at a fully occupied parking lot. According to the present invention, unmanned parking management in a metropolitan parking lot is possible by means of the parking control edge computing device.

    본 발명에 따른 주차관제 엣지 컴퓨팅 장치는, 주차장의 주차영역 중 일부인 관제영역으로 입차하거나 상기 관제영역으로 출차하기 위해 차량이 주행하는 영역을 조망하여 촬상을 이행하는 카메라부; 다양한 색상의 조명을 출력하는 조명부; 상기 관제영역에 대한 주차현황정보를 저장하는 메모리부; 상기 카메라부가 촬상한 촬상정보로부터 차량을 검지하고, 차량이 검지되면 상기 촬상정보에 대해 이미지 처리하여 상기 차량이 상기 관제영역으로 진입하는 입차차량인지를 판별하고, 상기 차량이 입차차량이면, 상기 관제영역에 대한 주차현황정보에 입차차량에 대한 정보를 부가함과 아울러 주차차량수를 증가하여 상기 메모리부에 저장하고, 상기 주차차량수가 미리 정해둔 만차수 미만인지를 체크하고, 상기 주차차량수가 상기 만차수 미만인지 여부에 따라 각기 다른 색상의 조명을 출력하도록 상기 조명부를 제어하고, 상기 차량이 입차차량이 아니면, 상기 촬상정보에 대해 이미지 처리하여 상기 차량이 상기 관제영역으로부터 이탈하는 출차차량인지를 판별하고, 상기 차량이 출차차량이면, 상기 관제영역에 대한 주차현황정보에 출차차량에 대한 정보를 부가함과 아울러 주차차량수를 감소하여 상기 메모리부에 저장하고, 상기 주차차량수가 미리 정해둔 만차수 미만인지를 체크하고, 상기 주차차량수가 상기 만차수 미만인지 여부에 따라 각기 다른 색상의 조명을 출력하도록 상기 조명부를 제어하는 제어장치;를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
