본 발명은 GPS와 같은 위치계측수단을 이용하여 예인되는 부유식 해상 구조물의 현 위치와 예인경로를 비교 판단하고, 해상 구조물이 예인경로를 벗어난 경우 선측에 장착되는 예인 안정성 시스템을 제어하여 예인경로로 복귀될 수 있도록 하면서 그와 더불어 좌우동요(sway), 선수동요(yaw motion)로 인해 저하된 예인 안정성을 확보할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 본 발명은 입력된 예인경로와 계측된 해상 구조물의 현재 위치 정보를 비교 판단하고 예인경로와 비교 판단된 위치보정신호를 발생하는 GPS부와; 상기 GPS부와 전기적 신호로 연결되며 위치보정신호에 해당하는 제어신호를 발생시키는 제어기와; 상기 해상 구조물의 양편 선측에 각각 설치되는 제1 및 제2 예인 안정성 구동수단으로 이루어지며, 상기 제1 예인 안정성 구동수단은 제어기의 제어신호를 입력받는 제1 구동유닛 및 상기 제1 구동유닛의 구동에 의해 회전하도록 제1 구동유닛과 연결되는 제1 익형 구조물로 이루어지고, 상기 제2 예인 안정성 구동수단은 제어기의 제어신호를 입력받는 제2 구동유닛 및 상기 제2 구동유닛의 구동에 의해 회전하도록 제2 구동유닛과 연결되는 제2 익형 구조물로 이루어지는 부유식 해상 구조물용 예인 안정성 시스템을 제공한다.

    The present invention relates to a towing stability system for a floating marine structure which is able to compare and determine the current position and the towing path of the floating marine structure being towed by using a position measuring means such as GPS to, if the marine structure is out of the towing path, allow the user to control the towing stability system mounted on the ship side to make the marine structure return to the towing path, also securing the towing stability which is lowered by sway and yaw motion. The present invention provides the towing stability system for the floating marine structure which comprises: a GPS unit which compares and determines the inputted towing path and the measured current position information of the marine structure, and generates a position correction signal which is compared and determined with the towing path; a controller which is connected to the GPS unit by electric signals, and generates a control signal falling under a position correction signal; and a first and a second towing stability driving means which are respectively installed on the ship side on both sides of the marine structure. The first towing stability driving means includes: a first driving unit which receives the control signal of the controller; and a first wing-shaped structure connected to the first driving unit to rotate by the driving of the first driving unit. The second towing stability driving means includes: a second driving unit which receives the control signal of the controller; and a second wing-shaped structure connected to the second driving unit to rotate by the driving of the second driving unit.
