The present invention relates to a sway control system using a crane load that reduces work time and prevents damage to the crane by measuring the slight change in the load and controlling a sway that occurs during the running and traverse movement of a crane through acceleration and deceleration of the crane's speed. The sway control system using crane load of the present invention comprises: a load measuring unit (200) for measuring a minute change in load of the crane's heavy object (100); a load analysis unit (300) which analyzes the change value of the load measured by the load measuring unit (200), calculates the degree of sway, and calculates an acceleration/deceleration target value of the crane; and a speed control unit (400) which controls the traveling/transverse drive motor of the crane to control the speed of the crane based on the acceleration/deceleration target value calculated by the load analysis unit (300) to offset the sway of the rope.

    본 발명은 크레인의 주행 및 횡행 이동 시 발생하는 스웨이를 하중의 미세한 변화를 측정하고 이를 크레인의 속도 가감속을 통해 제어함으로써 작업시간 단축 및 크레인의 손상을 방지하는 크레인 하중을 이용한 스웨이 제어시스템에 관한 것이다.
