In a voltage control device of the present invention, power supplied from a power system can be distributed to a plurality of apartment house complexes that are downstream nodes of the power system, and the power supplied to the apartment house complexes can be distributed to facilities within the apartment house complexes, including electric vehicle chargers, through a distribution board installed within the apartment house complexes. A voltage control device of the present invention may comprise: a predicted voltage calculation unit which receives continuous power data in real time from an apartment house complex and calculates a predicted voltage of the apartment house complex; an adjusted voltage calculation unit which calculates an adjusted voltage for conservation voltage reduction (CVR) by using the predicted voltage; and a control unit which controls the voltage of the apartment house complex to a recommended voltage reflecting the adjusted voltage. Therefore, a voltage control device of the present invention can predict the voltage of an apartment house complex to ensure that the apartment house complex is stably operated within an optimal operation range by considering future voltage distribution.

    본 발명의 전압 제어 장치에서, 전력계통으로부터 공급되는 전력은 전력계통의 하류 노드인 복수의 공동주택 단지로 분배될 수 있고, 공동주택 단지에 공급된 전력은, 공동주택 단지 내에 설치된 수배전반을 통해, 전기차 충전기를 포함하는 상기 공동주택 단지 내의 시설에 분배될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 전압 제어 장치는, 공동주택 단지로부터 실시간으로 연속적인 전력 데이터를 전송받고, 상기 공동주택 단지의 예측 전압을 산출하는 예측 전압 산출부, 예측 전압을 이용해 보존 전압 강하(CVR, conservation voltage reduction)를 위한 조정 전압을 산출하는 조정 전압 산출부, 공동주택 단지의 전압을 상기 조정 전압이 반영된 추천 전압으로 제어하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
