According to the present invention, power supplied from the power system of a voltage control device can be distributed to a plurality of power receiving system nodes. The voltage control device comprises: a management server including a predicted voltage calculation unit which receives continuous power data from power receiving system nodes in real time and calculates the predicted voltage of the power receiving system nodes, or an adjusted voltage calculation unit for calculating an adjusted voltage for conservation voltage reduction (CVR); and a voltage adjustment unit for receiving the adjusted voltage and controlling the voltage of the power receiving system nodes. The power receiving system nodes of the voltage control device may include at least one among an electric vehicle charger, a switchboard for controlling the voltage of the electric vehicle charger, or a charging station equipped with a plurality of electric vehicle chargers. Therefore, the voltage control device can predict the charge amount of an electric vehicle charging state or power usage thereof and adjust the voltage to stabilize the voltage of the electric vehicle charging station that varies according to customer distribution or over time and to obtain a CVR effect.

    본 발명의 전압 제어 장치의 전력계통으로부터 공급되는 전력은 복수의 수전계통 노드로 분배될 수 있고, 본 발명의 전압 제어 장치는 수전계통 노드로부터 실시간으로 연속적인 전력 데이터를 전송받고, 상기 수전계통 노드의 예측 전압을 산출하는 예측전압 산출부, 또는 보전 전압 강하(CVR, conservation voltage reduction)를 위한 조정 전압을 산출하는 조정 전압 산출부를 포함하는 관리 서버, 조정 전압을 전송받아 상기 수전계통 노드의 전압을 제어하는 전압 조정부를 포함할 수 있으며, 본 발명의 전압 제어 장치의 수전계통 노드에는 전기차 충전기, 상기 전기차 충전기의 전압을 제어하는 수배전반, 또는 복수의 전기차 충전기가 구비되는 충전 스테이션 중 적어도 하나가 포함될 수 있다.
