본 발명에 따른 자동차용 충돌 에너지 흡수 부품(1)은, 차체의 전부(前部) 또는 후부(後部)에 형성되고, 당해 차체의 전방 또는 후방으로부터 충돌 하중이 입력됐을 때에 충돌 에너지를 흡수하는 것으로서, 축압괴(壞)하여 충돌 에너지를 흡수하고, 천판부와 이에 계속되는 종벽부를 갖는 통 형상 부재(3)와, 통 형상 부재(3)의 적어도 천판부와 종벽부의 내면에 도포 또는 첩부된 수지(9)를 갖고, 당해 도포 또는 첩부된 수지(9)는, 가열된 후의 두께가 8㎜ 이하로 폐단면 공간의 둘레벽부로서 적어도 당해 일부를 형성하고, 또한 10㎫ 이상의 접착 강도로 상기 내면에 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    An automotive crashworthiness energy absorptive part 1 according to the present invention is provided at a front portion or a rear portion of an automotive body and configured to absorb crashworthiness energy when crashworthiness load is input from a front side or a rear side of the automotive body, and includes: a tubular member 3 to be axially crushed to absorb crashworthiness energy, the tubular member 3 having a top portion and side wall portions continuous to the top portion; and a resin 9 coating or patching at least inner surfaces of the top portion and the side wall portions of the tubular member 3. The coating or patching resin 9 has a thickness of 8 mm or less after heated and forms at least a part of a peripheral wall portion in a closed cross-sectional space, and adheres to the inner surfaces with an adhesive strength of 10 MPa or more.
